Practice A New Way Of Living | Allow Pure Consciousness - Bali Retreat


You are fully aware that the Retreat, including but not limited to, all energetic sessions and/or recordings are to assist individuals become self empowered and come from a place of choice and personal responsibility. Any guidance given is an intuitive interpretation of your energetic field, personally, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually at that time. In no way does the guidance constitute legal, psychological, medical, financial or business advice. Nor does the intuited information mean to diagnosis or treat any kind of physical, emotional, mental or spiritual ailment.

Registration

The registration fee is USD$500, due upon booking and is non-refundable. Your balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. If you find yourself unable to attend the Retreat or you change your mind, your reservation is transferable to another person, provided that you advise us in writing the person to whom you wish to transfer your reservation together with full contact details for your substitute, at least seven (7) days before the Retreat. There will be a USD$100 transfer administration charge for this process, plus any additional fees should it be deemed that a single room is required, should the original reservation be a twin room.
Once the transfer has taken place, the transferee will be bound by the same terms and conditions as the original reservation holder.

You are only considered a participant of the Retreat once you have paid in full. Mason Infusions LLC is not be liable for any bank charges you may receive from your financial institute or international currency fluctuations when processing payments.

Registration to this Retreat means that you agree to our Refund/Cancellation Policy.

Refund Policy

This Retreat is non-refundable. On the dates for which you have registered, you are NOT eligible for a refund. This is due to us not being able to refill your spot.

If a participant chooses to cancel or vacate the Retreat prior to the end of the Retreat, they do so of their own choosing and are solely responsible for their conduct and no refund will be issued in this instance.

We do not refund.

Program Changes

We may for any reason deem it necessary to change the program dates, audience capacity, venue, speaker or hours without prior notice.

Retreat Changes and Cancellation

Mason Infusions LLC reserves the right to cancel any Retreat without notice, and in this instance you acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Retreat for any reason.

Mason Infusions LLC has the right to reschedule or cancel any Retreat if we feel it is necessary and in the best interest for both parties (You the participant and Mason Infusions LLC). If this is decided, we will notify you in writing before the Retreat was due to begin. In which case, we will enrol you in the next Retreat within the year. Monies paid will not be refundable and Mason Infusions LLC will not be held liable for any compensation.

Practice A New Way Of Living Retreat Package does NOT include airfares.
You are solely responsible for any changes in travel arrangements including any cancellations and flights being delayed. Any independent travel arrangements, including but not limited to hotel transfers will incur additional fees covered by you, the retreat participant.

Airport Transfers

Airport Transfers are included in the Practice A New Way Of Living Bali Retreat Package.

Passport

A current passport with a minimum of 6 months validity is required. It is the Retreat participants sole responsibility to check and obtain all visa requirements for Bali, Indonesia.

Retreat Venue

The bookings are made in good faith and integrity but may be subject to change due to changes at the chosen venue. We cannot accept any responsibility for action taken by the management of the Retreat location, yet we will do our utmost to offer alternative accommodation. You will be responsible for any damages incurred by you to the Retreat property.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is highly recommended. It is the Retreat participants responsibility for any expenses incurred from flight changes, cancellations, delays, illness etc. Mason Infusions LLC is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the Retreat participants.

Disclaimer

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your Retreat stay is safe and enjoyable, it is wholly your responsibility, as the participant you assume all risks and responsibility for any losses and or damages.

Liability Waiver

Mason Infusions LLC, Cherie Mason and it’s facilitators in offering Practice A New Way Of Living Bali Retreat are fully exempt and released from any liability for guests / clients negligence, personal injury, loss, damage to property, death or any other cause.

I have read this Liability Waiver and Release and Accept that by booking on the Retreat with a deposit.

These terms and conditions are applicable worldwide and may change from time to time and you may find the most current version on this website.
